Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract under the following terms.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour after the purchase has been confirmed.
Once this timeframe has passed, the order automatically enters the preparation process and can no longer be cancelled.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments received
(excluding shipping costs and any additional fees related to a delivery method different from our standard shipping)
within 14 days following the reception of the returned items.
Once the order has been delivered, you have 14 days to return the items in accordance with our return policy.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Customer Responsibility Regarding Size Guide
Please note: if the detailed size guide provided on each product page is not consulted prior to purchase, and the item received does not fit due to size error, no return or refund will be accepted.
We strongly recommend checking this guide carefully before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
